TEATRO     _{"Catarina e a Beleza de Matar Fascistas" por Tiago Rodrigues, "Vestido de Noiva" por Nelson Rodrigues, "Hadestown" por Anais Mitchell (musical), "Hamilton" por Lin-Manuel Miranda (musical).}

Após sua graduação, retornou ao Brasil por um período, trabalhando como performer de personagens para eventos e festas infantis e coorporativas, além de participar de curtas e longas metragens no estado do Espírito Santo.

Foi também no Brasil que Sol fundou o HIRAI METAL, um grupo cover do BABYMETAL, com o qual se apresentaram em diversas convenções geek e de anime pelo país.
Sol, então conhecida como Sol-Metal, representava integrante Moa-Metal. O grupo entrou em hiatus com sua saída no início de 2026.Ao retornar a Portugal, continuou sua carreira solo como idol, dando sequência aos covers de BABYMETAL, bem como de artistas similares como Ado, Phantom Siita, Vocaloids e outros.

No Stellar Prism, é a líder que deu a proposta inicial ao Mangá Café. Encarregada por motivar e liderar com confiança as demais integrantes, com o papel de sempre encorajar a todas a fazerem o seu melhor.

Desde cedo desenvolveu os seus talentos e habilidades fazendo parte de coros e onde recebeu formação vocal. Aprendeu guitarra e ukelele de forma autodidata e piano com aulas numa pequena academia. A formação musical transparece nos seus vocais.

Fez aulas de dança de hip-hop durante a adolescência e aprofundou-se nas covers de dança de K-pop, integrando diversos grupos e participando em competições formais como K-pop World Festival. Também foi professora de dança durante os seus anos universitários como hobby.No Stellar Prism, contribui com vocais, composição musical e conexão com o público.

Trabalhou em áreas diversas, desde bartender, a host turística, a modelo. Começou a fazer performances de cosplay em 2022, quando pela primeira vez apercebeu-se da sua vocação e atualmente está com a convicção em focar se 100% aos palcos.

Após participar em várias performances e concursos, decidiu juntar-se ao Stellar Prism, com o objetivo de se divertir e trazer entretenimento a um público novo, espalhando a cultura idol para novas pessoas e trazer a cultura kawaii e de inclusão para todas as suas performances!

After graduating, they returned to Brazil for a period, working as a character performer for events, as well as participating in short and feature films in Espírito Santo and in the filming of a TV Show in Rio de Janeiro with director Rayssa de Castro.

It was also in Brazil that Sol founded HIRAI METAL, a BABYMETAL cover group, with which they performed at various geek and anime conventions throughout the country.Sol, then known as Sol-Metal, represented the member Moa-Metal. The group came to an end with their leaving in early 2026.Upon returning to Portugal, they continued their solo career as an idol, continuing with BABYMETAL covers, as well as similar artists such as Ado, Phantom Siita, Vocaloids, and others.

In Stellar Prism, they're the leader who first proposed the concept to Manga Café. They're responsible for motivating and confidently leading the other members, always encouraging everyone to do their best.

From an early age, she developed her talents and skills by singing in choirs, where she received vocal training. She taught herself guitar and ukulele and learned piano through lessons at a small music school. Her musical training shines through in her vocals.

She took hip-hop dance classes during her teenage years and delved into K-pop dance covers, joining various groups and participating in formal competitions such as the K-pop World Festival. She also taught dance as a hobby during her university years.At Stellar Prism, she contributes vocals, musical composition, and audience conection.

She has worked in various fields, ranging from bartending and tourism hosting to modeling. She began performing in cosplay in 2022 — when she first discovered her true calling — and is now fully committed to focusing on the stage performances.

After participating in various performances and competitions, she decided to join Stellar Prism with the goal of having fun and entertaining a new audience, spreading idol culture to new people, and bringing kawaii culture and inclusivity to all her performances.
